i have two emails (exactly the same) in the verified emails list and neither are working (i couldn't link the email originally). I have tried to re verify the email however it is saying it is already verified and i can't delete the two that are listed.

You can go to your account's Settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings then scroll down to the Sender Email list.
Once you find the list, you will notice that there are those emails with a trash and a pen icon, these are SMTP emails. On the other hand, those that only have a trash icon, these are verified emails. You can delete them by clicking the trash icon.
