Jotform has deleted all survey responses prior to a certain date

We have multiple jotform surveys we use for a variety of purposes including registereing members to our organisation. Unfortunately, Jotform has deleted all survery responses recevied prior to 13.03.2017. This amounts to hundreds and hundreds of entries that jotform now says doesn't exist. The forms still exist on the app but they are not accessible on the website, and the form response counter doesn't take them into effect.

This is a massive problem for us. The fact that they are still accesible on the app indicates that they are still present on jotform's servers. I am unsure what has gone wrong but it is imperiative that this is fixed.

    Hello AQAOfficial,

Thank you for posting your concern.

Can you tell us which form is it that you are referring to of which the submissions have been deleted? This is because we, at all times, do not delete submissions received by our users. A link to the form or a link or URL to the page where the form is embedded would be a good lead to start.

We will look forward to your response.

    Thank you.

It has happened to all (20+) forms on our account.

I noticed that most of your forms are disabled and have zero submissions. There is one form (ID: 63406377656969) which supports the 13.03.2017 earliest submission date. I suspect that this is due to some limits on your account such as reaching limits under the free subscription. Please note that free users can only view the latest 500 submissions. The ones that are beyond this limit are removed from view.

There was also an instance on your account's history that your account landed to Free status for a short period, this may be the instance for which it triggered to remove your past submissions.

I have now fixed your account. You should be able to see the submissions past the March 2017 date.

If you have questions, please let us know.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. :)
