How do I change the name of my form on the website tab?

    Hi,

    I used an old form "Communications Register" to create my new one "Supporter Details"- so that the formatting would be consistent. I have changed the name of the form everywhere, but I cannot work out why the name of the form at the top in the website tab still says "Communications Register" ?

    Can you please help?
