    Hello -

One of our forms says it's over quota but I don't see anything on our account that shows we are over the limit.  Can someone assist?

    Thanks,

    Ryan

Your account is not over the limit.

Upon checking the page URL (http://www.whatcomtitle.com/contact.html) you have provided, I can see that the form embedded belongs to a guest account (guest_52085670684058). Keep in mind that the guest account cannot manage the forms and submissions.

I checked again your account (whatcomtitle) and you have created 6 forms. I can move the form embedded in the page URL you have provided to your account but I need you to archive 2 unused forms to create a room for the "WLT General Contact" form.

I hope this helps. If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks John -

I'm not sure how that happened since that form has been in use for a very long time.  How / why would it get moved to a guest account?  We only have 1 account that we use.  Secondly, it is showing up on the admin account as one of our forms.  I deleted all other forms not in use and we show 4/5 forms used (the other two were disabled).

Please go ahead and move that form over so it's working again.

    Thank you.

The guest account (guest_52085670684058) is associated with the email address (CustomerService@whatcomtitle.com). The form is still usable but you cannot log in to the guest account to manage the forms.

I have now moved the form (http://www.jotform.us/form/52085786354161) to your account (whatcomtitle) as you have requested.

    Thank you.

    Thanks John -

Now that we have that form active, it is getting spammed like crazy.  Can you please check the submissions?  I think we had 122 last night and they are in Chinese.  How can we prevent that and is there a way to remove those from our allotted submission amount?  Thanks for your help.

I can confirm the spam submissions in the form. I have added the IP addresses to our blacklist. I would suggest adding the captcha field in your form to prevent this from happening again. Here's our guide for captchas:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field

I would recommend using the Google re-captcha as it is stronger than our basic captcha in the form builder.

If you will get spammed again, that means they are not just bots but a real human doing this crazy stuff in your form. Please update this thread so we can check and ban their IP address(es).

Note that I have already restored your limit. You can now delete the spam in the submissions page.

Thanks Welvin!  I appreciate your help.

I still show that we are over our form quota limit - can you remove those for us?  I've gone through and removed all the spam submissions.

I've also added the Google reCAPTCHA widget to the form.

    Thank you,

    Ryan

Ok, as requested I have recalculated your submissions.

They will reset again on Friday. That's because the counters reset to zero on the 1st day of each month.
