Why I'm unable to load the image?

    I checked the link and I'm afraid that the file doesn't exist. It could happen that the file wasn't uploaded completely, it failed, or something else.

    So the file needs to be re-uploaded.

    Hi Nik_C,

    I will try and ask this to be re-sent to us.

    I would also like to include in my query that the image I was able to open 3 days ago is giving me the same error today.

    I appreciate your assistance with this matter.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did check your account and found that you have enabled "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting and that is the reason why you are not able to download the filed directly from the link. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please sign in to your account before clicking on download link or disable the privacy setting as displayed in the screenshot above and you should be able to download the file.
