    Hi,

I added google analytics widget to my form (id=71683758654471) and I can see the page views and other metric in GA reports.

The issue is that there is no page view or event in GA when a user submit a form.

I need this data to calculate my campaigns conversion rates.

    Thanks in advance

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to get the analytics to be counted after submitting the form? Since the analytics widget is displayed on the form while previewing it, I think it is counted on the form view. Also, when the form is submitted, it should be redirecting to https://submit.jotform.com which could be causing it.

Could you try adding a custom web page as the thank you page so that you can add the analytics code to the thank you page? Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

Hi Kiran and thanks for your reply.

Yes, I mean that I do not get analytics after submitting the form. as the success page on submit.jotform.com does not include GA code.

How can I make GA code run on the built in thank you page (which is on submit.jotform.com)

Unforutnately, it is not possible to add any scripts to the default Thank you page. The only workaround is to redirect the form to another web page where you can add the Analytics code.

    Thank you!
