How to make sure that the product name will be shown in payment confirmation?

is there a way to replace "Item #1" in the PayPal confirmation with the product description of what the person bought?

I did a test submission and when I was redirected the product was showing like this:

But, as from what I understood the issue is happening later when you view the confirmation of the payment.

I'm not sure if that can be changed, but maybe a better solution would be to create those products you have as separate products in your Payment, and not as product options:

So each of these:

You could create as separate products:

And then the product name should pass properly to the payment integration.
