On your home page, I clicked on the Login tab and it did not go to the login page. After I pressed submit on the "help" option, then the system recognized my email address and asked me to log in. Why was I unable to get to the login page, before trying to get help and submitting a ticket?Also, an applicant was having trouble filling out the online EASL Forum Application. Can you look to see that it is working or setup correctly?

We are currently not having any server issues. If you clicked the Login button on the home page, a pop-up will appear that allows you to put your username and password.
If you want to go to the Login page, please use this link: https://www.jotform.com/login.
If you're still having issues, I recommend you to try using another browser just to check if it will work or not. You may also need to clear your browser cache if the issue persists.
