App is not accessible on Safari mobile browser

    Hello there. I haven't one of my guys that needs the jotform app on his Phone. He has an Apple Phone with IOS 17.3.1 and the Model of the Phone is an Iphone Pro 13.

    The app works on other users phones, and my Samsumg Ultra 23, however not on his.

    Hi Paul,

    Thank for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested it and the app is not accessible when you use Safari, but it's accessible with other browser like Chrome. In the meantime, ask your user to access it using Chrome while I'll check this further and find a solution.

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for your patience. I escalated the issue to our developers to see why the app is not accessible on Safari. While we can't provide a turnaround time, we'll notify you once it's fixed.
