How do I talk to someone at customer service?

I keep filling out forms and nothing happens, this is a terrible service, I just took over a website management position for www.crystalspringsbuilders.com and I have no clue where the leads are being sent. the code says the for is a "jot Form"

How do I find out where the leads are going? can you help? I need to get in.........

The form on the contact page is indeed created with Jotform. The form belongs to the account cfarlow (cfarlow@tm***ect.com).

You will need to contact the above person to get the access to the form submissions. I would also suggest asking Crystal Springs Builders about the form and if they remember who created it. We cannot give you the access to the form without the current user's permission. This is for the privacy and security of the form data.
