    Doesn't receive submissions in email

    I've setup the email settings, but I still do not receive the submissions in inquire@migratenowph.com.

    We apologize for inconvenience this issue has caused to you. I checked your nofication email and can see mails set to it. See the captured logs below

    Can you check on your spam folder if may be some emails were sent to it.You can also try whitelisting jotmail server IPs shown in the link below and lets know if this works out!

    I’ve created three forms so far.. the second one worked perfectly, but I had one error in one field. Since the form doesn’t refresh very fast, I created the third form, but it’s not sending the emails again. L

    Can you please check again? Doesn’t seem to be an email problem since the second form worked perfectly. Thank you very much!

    I checked you account (username:aemph) and you have only one form: After Eden Migration - Assessment Form

    Can you select the notification page Sender's username and email to Jotform and noreply@jotform.com and test if this works out! 

    If you are referring to a different account, please lets know the username of this account.
