Why is the form looking good in build mode, but not in preview?

    When I look at page in Preview mode the background pic gets multiplied into 3 of them.

    But in Build mode the pic is correct, just one pic and the form moves and the pic stays still the way I want it, but in Preview or Link to it, it gets multiplied into 3 pics.

    Please fix to make it a single pic and what to do if I run into this problem with another form?

    Upon checking, I can see that your issue is now resolved. You injected a custom CSS code that targets the background image and set the position to "no-repeat and fixed". Here's a screenshot:
