I'm trying to authorise my Trello account with my form account but nothing is happening when I click authorise?

    Are you trying to do this in your Trello account? I recommend you to log out from Trello and from your JotForm account. After that, please restart your browser and try it one more time.

    If the issue persists, I suggest you try another browser just to check if it will work or not. Lastly, you might need to clear your browser cache.

    I’ve done everything suggested and all that happens when I click the attached authorisation link is I click allow and it takes me straight back to the card but nothing happens?

    Thank you for being patient. I have checked with my test Trello account and I was able to connect my JotForm account without any issue by following the Using-the-JotForm-Power-Up-in-Trello guide. I have also tried to create a form from a Trello card without any issue. 

    Could you try logging to your Trello account using an incognito/private window or a separate browser and then try connecting to JotForm to see if that works?
