Submit button is not showing on wix

    Hello

    I ve embed the code to my website but it doesn't show the button submit 

    Website is a wix

    Probably a javascript conflict. Have you tried using the iFrame embed code? Submit button is not showing on wix Image 1 Screenshot 20
