how can i remove jotform ad after submission

I have a paid membership with Jotform and would like to remove all jotform ads from my site after a costumer submission.

After my a user submits a form on my site, they see a thank you page, which has a jotform ad saying 'you can make your own jotform now, its free!'

How do I remove this ad?

My user receives an email after submitting a form and it also has the same jotform ad. how do i remove this?

The JotForm branding should be removed automatically with any subscription of Bronze or higher.  Let us know if the branding is still there on your end and we can send a test submission through the form to see if it is still present.
