    I got an email from noreply@jotform.com for a Job.

    Please confirm

    If you're referring to this form (http://www.myjotform.com/form/72413742470553) then it belongs to the account username (jubuysbn) and it is registered to the email address (judasse@yahoo.com).  

    I also can see that the email content has a document with the company contact number. I suggest you call the owner of the form for more information. Here's the screenshot of the document.
