Account got autosuspended

    Hello,

     

    I created my account a few minutes ago and wanted to create an own form. Qhile doing, and testing this my account got autosuspendet. Can you tell me why this happened? And is it possible to reactivate my account?

    Your account (TOKR) is currently suspended. Our phishing detector tool automatically suspended your account.

    Your form is asking for login name and password. Please take note that collecting login credentials are not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    We need to delete the guilty fields first before we can reactivate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.

    We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

    Well is there any way to ask these questions? Like can I encrypt my form? This is for our company customers.
    Anyway please delete this for me that I can use my account again.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to ask for login credentials, as it goes against our terms of use. Those fields have been deleted, and your account has been reactivated. Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
