Form Encryption Key not working on different computer

    Hello,

    I am able to decrypt messages on my desktop but now need to be able to do so on my laptop. When I log into jotform on the laptop I use the same file that I am successful with on the desktop but when I look at the form submissions they are still encrypted.

    Jotform allow for encryption keys to be shared and used in any computer as long as one is accessing the same form and the user has private keys. Would you kindly confirm the browser you are using in your laptop? Also try to clear browser cache of your laptop. To do so follow the link below.

    Once you have completed clearing browser cache try accessing the form and using the same private key.

    I am using Google Chrome browser on both desktop and laptop. Will try your suggestions.

    I tried clearing cache and still can only see encrypted data on the laptop.
