I am trying to configure FTP integration for one of my forms, but cannot configure it on the first step. When I put my ftp Host name, username and password, and click on "Test Connection" I get message: "Wrong Host Name"
Website url is www.udruga-solidarnost.com, ftp name is ftp.udruga-solidarnost.com.
My FTP server is functional, I use it for both secure and non-secure connections, and cannot figure why it can't connect here.
See image for info (I have deleted username).

Alessandro, thanks for your answer, but that does not help. Today, I have created a new user on my FTP server, granding all rights and can normally connect with my FTP client (Filezilla).
Please see enclosed image, I still get the "Wrong Host Name" error message while trying to cinfigure FTP access on my forms...

Hi,please note that in your first post your domain end with a .hr extension. Now you've attached a screenshot with a domain that ends with a .com extension. I may suggest you to double check. Thanks. Alessandro

I have the same problem, I think that Jotform does not let you use a subdomain in the FTP Host name which, if true, is clearly a bug. If you try putting "udruga-solidarnost.hr" I bet it will tell "wrong login information" giving a hit that the domain went through OK... Could you fix this please Jotform ? thanks !

There actually is no problem with using subdomains. I just made a test and I was able to integrate my FTP with a test form without a problem
