form not working

    hello,

    My form does not work on my site

    http://www.birminghamdomesticcleaning.co.uk/contact.html

    works when i do a test via your site, we receive the form via email.

    →howeverwhen we complete the form on our site we never receive any emails

    I checked our server logs and we get this:

    Aug 27 07:05:20 eagle sm-mta[25879]: q7RB5Jqm025874: to=<info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.com>, delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=esmtp, pri=123903, relay=birminghamdomesticcleaning.com, dsn=5.1.2, stat=Host unknown (Name server: birminghamdomesticcleaning.com: host not found)

     

    Please make sure your email address is correct.

    I dont understand that message - however the domain is
    www.birminghamdomesticcleaning.co.uk
    I had previously changed it:
    Recipient E-mail:
    info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.co.uk
    Again the test emails are received - however when the forms are filled in on the site they do not work.

    I have check your notification and it seems that you are using info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.com which is wrong, instead of info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.co.uk .

    To sort the issue, please check your notification recipient email and make sure you've entered info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.co.uk and click finish.

    After making changes, please try filling out the direct form url: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/22365172882356 and let us know if you are able to receive the notification.
