    form not working

    My form does not work on my site


    works when i do a test via your site, we receive the form via email.

    →howeverwhen we complete the form on our site we never receive any emails

    I checked our server logs and we get this:

    Please make sure your email address is correct.

    I dont understand that message - however the domain is
    I had previously changed it:
    Recipient E-mail:
    Again the test emails are received - however when the forms are filled in on the site they do not work.

    I have check your notification and it seems that you are using info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.com which is wrong, instead of info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.co.uk .

    To sort the issue, please check your notification recipient email and make sure you've entered info@birminghamdomesticcleaning.co.uk and click finish.

    After making changes, please try filling out the direct form url: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/22365172882356 and let us know if you are able to receive the notification.
