File not showing up in the DropBox after uploading the file to my form

    I use it for a secure file upload on my website.  It is supposed to send uploaded files to a dropbox file.  When I upload a file on the website it looks like it has gone through, but no file shows up.  It last worked on 8/28. Not working today or yesterday.

    I did a test submission to the page URL (https://www.wiseplanninginc.com/secure-file-upload/) you have provided so I can investigate it further. Upon checking your account submission page, I can see the uploaded file (jot.png) and I can view it properly.

    I did another test submission to the form direct link (http://www.jotform.us/form/41126410230132) and I uploaded a PDF file. I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screen capture of my test:

    Try enabling the Required feature in the File Upload field and if the issue persists, please let us know so we can investigate it further.

    I have also clear your form cache from our server.
