Hi there,
Sorry for the confusion- I am not sure if you got the emails I replied to as it appeared to be a no-reply email address.
I am trying to update the user name on this account to either
MoonahArts or
MACarts
which ever is available
I tried to delete the MoonahArts user name so that we could use it but I don't think it worked. MACarts will work fine.
cheers,
kdc

It seems this is a duplicate thread. Please reply to this one instead: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1237740. It's best to focus on one thread and make the discussion there to avoid confusion.
Thank you.

Thanks Charlie,
Sorry- very confused here. I thought I was submitting a help request and I couldn't figure out how to reply to the emails. I am trying to get things happening through one thread- but the first advice I received said I had to submit the request when logged in to the original user name- which I did- but the response only updated the name on the subuser account- not the original one I was trying to change- any help greatly appreciated

You can reply by directly visiting the thread links I mentioned. Below are all the thread links that you have regarding the same concern:
https://www.jotform.com/answers/1237759
https://www.jotform.com/answers/1237740
https://www.jotform.com/answers/1237778
https://www.jotform.com/answers/1237797
You can simply open the links in a new window or browser and use the reply button there. Once someone replies to your thread, you will get a copy of that response via email. In the email, you can also see that you can open the thread directly in a browser, by clicking the "View this thread on the browser".
Now I am currently confused on where to reply because you actually replied 3 out of the threads I mentioned. I suggest that we focus on ONE thread only, and it would be best to do that in this one: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1237740. We can discuss the issue directly on that thread. Please open that thread link and reply there directly from now on.
Thank you and apologies for the confusion.
