New Layout: Dropdowns within Input Tables do not work if default form language is specified

    Issues with my form.
    The following sections of my form have the proper drop down (yes/no) set and the drop down does not work.
    These are the following slide headers
    Client Access/Performance Reporting
    Company/Marketing Collateral
    Please fix asap.

    I have run tests and replicated the error however i removed the element and inserted it again in the form with the same parameters and it has not worked. I am sending it to our Level 2 to fix the bug. I may not give you an estimated assignment time (ETA) when this might be released, but once we get an update we will post it here.

    Form is useless without it. Here are other issues.
    Phone number: After you enter area code you must tab over to number if not you can enter entire 10 digits in area code field
    Address: You can’t click first letter of state to jump you must scroll individually
    SMA Page: Next button not visible
    Client Access and Marketing Collateral: Y/N not working

    It looks like that the issue with dropdowns is related to the specified form language. I have removed the default language from your form settings in order to fix this.

    It is not required to specify the form language if you do not add translations for multiple languages.

    Phone number: After you enter area code you must tab over to number if not you can enter entire 10 digits in area code field

    This is our standard implementation. Alternatively, you may try an Input Mask option.

    Address: You can’t click first letter of state to jump you must scroll individually

    The State field uses fuzzy search, for example, if you enter mo you will see Montana and Vermont.

    What is the page number or the field name?

    Client Access and Marketing Collateral: Y/N not working

    The dropdowns should be fixed.
