Unable to access form. It shows message "Connection to server was reset."

    For the past 3 weeks my access to my forms continuously fails for long stretches of the day. I have had many colleagues try and access our forms from multiple different browsers and they are all unable to access it.

    We opened up our application period for our program this week and will have hundreds people applying for our program using the form. 

    Moreover other parts of the website also seem to fail and be accessible, except for this help page.

    Do you know if there is something I can do to stop this from happening, or are you guys already looking into fixing this?

    I did check your account and did not find any an issue with that. I also checked your form and it seems to work as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    Do you have any firewall in plan which is blocking the form? I would suggest you to please use some other network to access your form and see if that solves your problem.
