My organization has events where we sell spaces which are sold for people to sell things. i.e. we have 20 tables in a room.  I want to create a form to be a layout of my room, with pictures or boxes which represent numbered tables colored green. When we sell a table I want the space/s to turn red and an invoice then created. The buyer can selected to pay by check or use pay pal.   Can you do that?

    Thanks,

    Tom

Unfortunately it is not possible to create a layout of your room in form. Even though we add custom css code create the layout, it won't be possible to dynamically change the color of the tables.

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Gift Registry", "Quantity Gift Registry" and "Inventory" widgets and see if that fits into your requirement. You just need to list your tables in the widget. Every time user select a table and submit form, the quantity of the table will be deducted form the inventory.

Hope this helps. Do get back to us if you have any questions.
