How do I get rid of the 'Jotform ad' on my 'Thank you for your submission' link?

I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Free subscription. In order to remove the JotForm branding from the forms in your account, it is required to upgrade the account to a paid subscription. You may compare the plans available from our pricing page.
