My forms are not showing up on my website. It is saying that I have reached my quota but I only have 4 forms. Please advise

I have checked your account wholearmorcogic and see that it has already received 15 payments for the month. Please be noted that the monthly limit of payments is 10 for Free subscription payments. In order to receive more payments through the forms, it is required to upgrade your account. Please check our pricing page to check the available subscription plans and upgrade your account.
