Why is the form not visible on my Facebook Page when viewed from mobile?

Good day. I recently added my form to my page. (link: https://www.facebook.com/konferensie/) 

I did go to settings, changed the name of tab and checked that it is switched on. but people still can't see the tab. Am I doing something wrong. Some use there mobile phones. I also added the mobile version but still the tab is not visible. I don't want to go through the process of creating a word document or pdf. This form is such a breeze with collecting date etc.

Facebook Tabs won't work on mobile. It's not something we imposed, it's just something Facebook hasn't deployed yet.

Viewing your Facebook Tab on a desktop should work as usual though.
