    Why isn't the submit button showing up in Firefox?

    I haven't noticed that problem in Firefox with any of my forms. When you say the button isn't showing up, do you mean when constructing the form or on the published form? If you mean users can't see the button on the live form, please post a link so we can view it.

    Okay, I see what you mean. It's not only like that in Firefox BTW. Your form is embedded in that page via an iFrame. Increase the iFrame's height in the page's source from 395px to about 460 px (460 pixels) and that should solve the problem (hopefully).
