Cannot log in - account suspended. By reading on the forum I realize I should not have added the credit card information request. Can this be deleted from my form and reactivate my account. I am really sorry. I did not know I could not request credit card information.

I have removed the credit card fields in the following forms:
I have now reactivated your account. Please refrain from adding plain credit card fields to your form again to about such problems.
