Tracking a facebook ad click to a hidden field in jot form

Hi, I'm trying to track an ad on facebook to a landing page with a jotform embedded form. I want to see which ads are working on facebook via an ad id, name or something and have that id show up on a jotform hidden field in my submissions table.

I'm new at this, am i asking for too much?

We have a couple different widgets that may suit your needs.  Our "Get form page URL" widgets returns the page the form is embedded to:

https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

And the "Get Referrer" widget returns the referral page:

https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

Neither one are seen in the form and both have their data included with the submission data.
