I am able to replicate the issue at my end by cloning your JotForm to my account. As I investigate the issue further, I see that it is being caused by the other text box enabled for Radio button/checkbox. Since the field is marked as required, the other textbox field is also displaying as a required field.
Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any ETA at this moment for the fix. However, if there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here. Meanwhile, you may consider removing the required option or the other option for the radio/checkbox field for the PDF form.
