Fillable PDF: PDF form with required checkbox/radio button fields having other option not allowing to submit without entering the text to Other textbo

The second problem is that when you require all the fields to be answered, it can not be sent. It keeps saying that all fields must be answered even when all fields are completed.  

I am able to replicate the issue at my end by cloning your JotForm to my account. As I investigate the issue further, I see that it is being caused by the other text box enabled for Radio button/checkbox. Since the field is marked as required, the other textbox field is also displaying as a required field.

Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any ETA at this moment for the fix. However, if there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here. Meanwhile, you may consider removing the required option or the other option for the radio/checkbox field for the PDF form.
