Upon checking, I can see that your issue is now resolved. The PayPal payment field will only appear if the user selected the "PayPal" option in the payment method.

Thanks for your reply, actually this is not what I wanted, user must always see the Total, but redirected to paypal payment page only when user choose PayPal payment method.
So when user choose Cash, they should still see the Total, but not directed to the payment page.

I have cloned your form named "BOOKING WITH PAYPAL" on my side in order to test.
As far as I see, you have already a Total field on your form in order to calculate the total price, but it's hidden. Maybe you can consider setting it appearing on the form in every case as seen below:
However, when selecting PayPal option, the second Total of the PayPal payment will also appear on the form and there will be 2 totals at the same time. If you prefer, you can set another condition in order to hide the first total when selecting the PayPal payment as seen below:
