Yesterday morning I logged in and realized half of my submissions were missing and it said our storage had been downgraded and that we needed a new credit card on file. I put a new credit card on file and it seemed to fix the problem and brought all my submissions back. Now this morning they are missing again.
I need to know how to fix this problem as soon as possible, today would be best.

Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support.
I recovered your missing submissions. When an account is downgraded, we temporarily remove their submissions. Sometimes these must be recovered from our side.
