Add an option to add a footer to notification emails in bulk

Hi there,

our phone number changed recently and this means I have to manually update 100+ email notifications because the footer of the form is hard coded in html. 

I just saw that you can dynamically add a form footer in settings.

It would be great if you could add this feature not only for Jotform branding but also for a custom footers so users can create their own footer and attach it to the notification mail. This way I won't have to update 100+ forms to change the phone number.

Hey Chris, that's a nice idea so I'm pitching it in as a Feature Request. Although, keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the amount of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.

We can't give you any timeframe but we'll keep you apprised on this same thread when there's an update.
