How do I upload the jotform key to an existing form so I can read the submissions?

I am trying to read submissions of a form and they are encrypted. I have loaded the key many times before and this keeps happening.  I am never triggered to upload the Key so I have no way to upload it again to see the submissions. Please advise as soon as possible how I upload the key. Thank you!

I checked some of your forms and I was not able to see any Encrypted form. Could you please provide the form ID or form direct link so we can further check it?
