Feedback buttons are blank boxes in IE9

Asked by bkonieczny on August 28, 2012 at 03:51 PM

My feedback buttons are not displaying properly in IE9 (they just show up as white boxes). I suspect this is a common problem. How do I fix it?

    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your form is working fine in my end upon checking using browser IE9. Please take a look screenshot here. Have you tried already deleting browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try and do let us know if deleting browser cache and cookies solve the issue or not so we can further assist you and investigate the said issue.

    Thank you!

This may be due to a conflicting codes within your website, try re-embedding your form using iframe code. Since form is called in iframe, it wont conflict anything on your page.

Hope this helps. Let us know if the problem still persist after that. Thanks!

I tried deleting the cookies and cache and still get the same result. I have replicated the problem on other computers running IE9 also.

We are sorry for misunderstanding, you are right, iFrame option is not designed for Feedback buttons.

Is there are any exact steps to reproduce the problem?

I have checked your website though http://www.browserstack.com/ with IE9, and my computer with Windows 7 64 bit IE9, feedback buttons are fine from both places.
