Question: what's the latency between changes made in the JotForm editor, and the time it takes for your servers to replicate those updates so they're available when websites call the embedded forms? I wonder if that could be be part of my problem?

Unfortunately, I could not provide you the exact latency. However, if you test it on your end it should be an instant update or depending on the website where you embedded the form.

    Thank you.

That's what I thought John. I've pretty much seen instant updates to my web pages once I save a form. I was simply trying to find a rationale for what may have been causing the Back Button issues I've been experiencing. I didn't do anything differently on my end. And, I don't believe your staff is allowed to make changes directly on your clients' forms. So, unless one of you made some changes I don't know about, why did my Back buttons all of a sudden start working correctly? (I say "working correctly" guardedly, because I've been having ghosts in the machine lately that seem to reappear after having seemingly been resolved!)

I  assume that the issue is now resolved for you. Please be noted that we do not make any changes to the user forms without the consent of the form owner. However, we might need to open the form only to check some settings on the form to assist the users. Otherwise, we'll let the users to update the forms by providing necessary instructions. Since JotForm works on Continous development, the updates might have also fixed the issue.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
