Can I keep a spreadsheet of option I want to use in a dropdown

I'm wondering if I can store a list of options I want to use in as dropdown options somewhere and the form will reference it each time?  I'm trying to avoid creating a long list of cost centre that change overtime into the form itself.

Is this possible?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to pre-populate form fields with data form any external source. I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Spreadsheet to form" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. 

This widget will allow you to upload your spreadsheet to your form and use the values form spreadsheet to pre-populate your form field.
