Unable to submit my form

    all fill up all info, the page keep loading, but not submitting the form.

    I have tried submitting your JotForm and able to replicate the issue at my end. The issue seems to be occurred by the Phone number field which is enabled with Input mask.

    Please correct the Input mask in the correct format as mentioned in the guide below or disable it so that the form should be working fine.

    Thanks for the update Kiran. I have not had this problem all these while and I didn’t change the setting.

    It just happen out of sudden, was it a new feature that jotform has just launched?

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. The Input Mask and the Mask Value features of the Phone Number field are not a new feature. These features are available even in Version 3.0.
