My form is gone

my East Beach ramble form is gone and I can't find it anywhere or all the data it held

I checked your Account and go to the Trash folder. I see 2 deleted forms. Are you referring to the "Ramble Signup" form? If yes, you can restore it again by selecting the form and click the Restore button. Here's a screenshot:
