I created a form with jotform and added an email. When I submitted the form, no email was sent.

Please check the spam folder, if you find the notification there, mark it as NOT SPAM. Also, you may whiteliste our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
