My access to JotForm has been cut off

    This is awful. I depend heavily on this service and I have gotten no response from the form I filled in. This error is hurting me big time. Please do something!

    I have checked your account and see that it is suspended due to the form which is collecting credit card information. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely. 

    In order to activate your account, it is required for you to agree with our terms of usage and agree to delete the guilty fields on the form. Please confirm so that we can delete the guilty fields on the form and activate your account.
