I have just tested the JotForm Feedback Button plugin for WordPress and it appears to be still working properly.

You will need to add and activate the plugin.

Then, configure it under the SettingsJotForm Feedback Button at your WordPress Admin panel.

    Result:

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

    Hi Support
I have added a feedback tab to my site but now when someone clicks on the tab it takes the reviewer to an insecure page where the rest of the website is secure.
    Any suggestions?Best WishesRosswell Gadsden

I would suggest you to please share the webpage URL where you have added the Feedback button and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Dear Sir/Madam
The website home page is https://www.psychotherapysouthampton.co.uk and the link when you click on the tab https://www.psychotherapysouthampton.co.uk but this shows as not secure.

    Thank you for provided details.

It looks like the plugin was not designed to work with the https websites. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our developers.

We will get back to you once we have any updates on this.
