I have a drop down menu on my form www.warmtouch.net/contact.html where users can input a Preferred Contact Method eg telephone. The data does not appear to be being collected and doesn't appear on the Notification Email. It did before so can't understand why not working now. Grateful for your help. ElspethPage URL:

Hi, I noticed that you are using the complete sourcecode on your website. It may be a good sugestion to embed the form using the iFrame method.
With regards to your issue with the form, I notice you had two notifications. One of those notifications didn't have a recepient's e-mail configured. So, as idarktech mentioned, it may be a good idea to create a new notification. I thin kthe problem with collecting the data was due to having the incorrect field on the notification.
