I didn't realize I had "new forms encrypted" by default, created the form SCAHF Symposium Resgistration, and now the 1st submission is encrypted. I turned off encryption but can't read the form (i read about this in the user guide), so I turned encryption back on but add key doesn't pop up. I can read some of the form but other parts are encrypted.

I checked the submission page of the form you provided and I saw the Pop-up window to upload the key.
Please try again. You can also try to use some other browser or try in incognito mode.
The form also has to be encrypted. More about the encrypted form you can find inside of this guide:

I was able to get the popup using incognito and uploaded the key. The submission, though, is still showing mixed content.

It seems that the data is still encrypted. This means that you used the wrong key. Do you have some other key? If so, please upload your other key. If you lost the key then the data is also lost. Please this part of the guide I previously provided you.
