I tried to upgrade to the bronze level but the account is still showing Free

    Hello, Last night I signed up for the jot form and entered my credit card info. I still am showing current on the free plan, and I did not receive the email. I emailed both the support@jotform.com as well as support@bluesnap.com with reference # 108479082.


    Please call me so we can get this upgraded subscription functioning for our website as we have forms we need to complete.

    I have checked our records and see that you made the payment using Electronic Check to upgrade the account to one year Bronze subscription. As I check the account with BlueSnap, it looks like the payment has not been received/processed yet at our payment processor's (BlueSnap) end. Once the payment processing is complete, your account should be upgraded to Bronze plan. Since you have already emailed BlueSnap, you may be receiving the estimated time for completing the payment process.
