Are free accounts limited to five forms now?

Hello i have been a member for many years my creditcard was change and suddenly your system closed i have updated to the starter level wich i think i was on before it seems like its only allowed to have 5 forms???

have you prices changed drastically or what am i missing here ??????

Yes, we've changed our pricing levels including some of the limits. Free accounts are now limited to 5 forms, 1, 000 monthly form views, 500 total submissions storage. If ever you will downgrade your account to the free plan, we will keep your forms, but you cannot create new forms. You also cannot unarchive and restore forms. 

The form view limit is when someone viewed your form on your website or by its direct URL. To know more about it, check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-Is-It-All-About.

The Total Submissions Storage is a fixed limit. This is the total submissions you can store for the whole account. Our system will automatically delete older submissions if you surpass this limit.
