Error too many submissions. How to prevent this ?

    URGENT:

    Hello,

    I am getting an error message that there are too many responses when some people try to submit a jotform survey (https://form.jotform.com/72415174828157). We have about 300 people submitting at one time (at the end of our event). We have another event ending in an hour. What should we do about this or what can be done about this?

    I suggest you enabled your "Unique Submission" in your form settings, this is to prevent unintended multiple submissions.Error too many submissions Screenshot 30

     

    It would also be advisable to add a "Google reCAPTCHA" to make sure that each submission are unique.
