On the Submissions page Preferences section, uncheck "Auto Hide Empty Fields", and check "Show Headers and Texts".

HI doing so shows only the heading Examination Information not the entire matrix in which the grades are put . Before there was absolutely no problem but now the entire matrix is missing. I tried what you just suggested but only the heading appears this way not the entire matrix. Please help.

@Nixor I've checked your submissions page and did not see any problem. I'm able to see both examination and matrix fields without a problem.

Would you please try this on another browser and let me know the result.
